DESIGN

The challenge of designing for Williams-Sonoma is effectively translating the elegant Old World flair of the brand; WS has a nuanced but distinct design style compared to their more contemporary sister-brand Pottery Barn. Surface patterns and palettes have a European aesthetic and entertaining pieces wouldn’t look out of place at a Parisian antique market.

INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTURING

WS manufactures all over the world, sometimes in Europe, but often in Asia and India. Pushup worked closely with international vendors to manufacture products on tight timelines. Sometimes, a first sample would come back great. But more often than not, it would take rounds of sampling to precisely execute a vision or perfectly nail that pantone color.
